Erica studied architecture at Pennsylvania State University.  After completing her Bachelors of Architecture in 2002, she joined Penza Bailey Architects, Inc. where she gained expertise in luxury residential design and construction.  Erica managed multi-million dollar residential projects including new construction, renovations, and additions.

In addition to residential designs, Erica also directed commercial interiors projects and ADA compliance studies.    During her career, Erica has developed design communication skills utilizing BIM – building information modeling, used in both the creation of construction documentation and 3-D renderings for client visualization.

Since joining Levin/Brown in 2014 Erica has completed numerous residential projects and several renovations for institutional and commercial clients.  Erica completed her professional registration in 2018, she is a registered Architect in the State of Maryland and holds an NCARB certificate.
