About Rebecca Levin Kent
Rebecca Levin Kent is a Managing Partner and Principal Architect at Levin|Brown Architects, where she leads complex architectural projects across religious, educational, residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors. Her work is defined by a highly integrated approach to architecture and interior design, long-range campus planning, and collaborative leadership that aligns vision, program, and execution.
Rebecca is deeply involved in every phase of a project, from early visioning, feasibility studies, and zoning strategy through construction documentation, permitting, and long-term expansion planning. She works closely with boards, building committees, clergy, institutional leadership, and consultant teams to translate organizational goals into cohesive architectural environments. Her ability to guide diverse stakeholders through complex decision-making has made her a trusted advisor on projects involving phased construction, capital campaigns, and sensitive community processes.
A significant focus of Rebecca’s work is religious architecture, particularly synagogue and church design. Her experience includes new congregational campuses, sanctuary renovations, historic restoration, adaptive reuse, and multi-use community facilities. She brings particular depth to worship space design, where considerations of light, acoustics, circulation, and spatial hierarchy are essential to both ritual and community life. Many of her projects support congregations navigating generational change while maintaining continuity with tradition.
Rebecca also leads Levin|Brown’s automotive, hospitality, and commercial portfolio, designing facilities that balance architectural clarity with operational performance. Her work includes luxury automotive dealerships, event venues, ballrooms, foundation headquarters, and community-based commercial projects, often requiring close coordination with brand standards, technology integration, and complex phasing.
Prior to joining Levin|Brown, Rebecca gained hands-on experience in construction management, including cost estimating, bidding, and contractor coordination. This background informs her design leadership today, grounding architectural vision in constructability, budget awareness, and execution. She is known for delivering projects that are both expressive and practical, with clear documentation and disciplined coordination.
As Vice President of Marketing, Rebecca oversees firm branding, portfolio development, proposals, and client engagement. She frequently represents Levin|Brown in public presentations, capital campaign materials, and institutional forums, serving as a bridge between design teams and client leadership.
Rebecca holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She is a registered architect, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Construction Documents Technologist. Her leadership reflects a commitment to thoughtful design, accountability, and architecture that supports community over time.
