About Erica Wunderlich

Erica Wunderlich is a Project Architect at Levin|Brown Architects with a strong background in luxury residential design, institutional architecture, hospitality, and commercial interiors. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University and began her career at Penza Bailey Architects, where she managed multi-million-dollar residential projects including new construction, renovations, and additions.

Erica’s early professional experience provided a strong foundation in detailing, client coordination, and construction documentation. She gained hands-on exposure to high-end materials, complex assemblies, and the expectations of discerning clients—experience that continues to inform her architectural approach today.

At Levin|Brown, Erica works across a diverse range of project types, including religious facilities, event venues, commercial interiors, residential projects, and institutional renovations. She is frequently involved in zoning research, feasibility studies, code analysis, and ADA compliance evaluations, helping clients understand regulatory constraints early in the design process.

Erica is highly skilled in BIM and 3D modeling, using these tools to support design exploration, client communication, and technical coordination. Her ability to translate complex design ideas into clear visual and technical representations makes her an effective bridge between concept and execution.

Known for her calm, methodical approach, Erica brings clarity and organization to complex projects. She is valued for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to guide projects through technical challenges with precision and professionalism.
